The craft building was part of an old garage back in the day. We want to finish that half of the building to a room for universal needs. Anywhere from an office to craft shop for pottery, crafts, ect.

Items Needed

Heating System: We have to find a gas furnace for heat.

Electrical: We need some minor rough in finished and fixtures for trim out.

Sheet Rock: We need about 1/2 flat of sheet rock to finish one wall.

Craft Shop Status

There needs some minor electrical and then ready for sheetrock and

tape & texture then painting.
